동일 root cause 의 fix 가 이미 TSLA-13689 / PR 89075 에 존재하여 이 클러스터는 duplicate handoff 로 종결. 신규 Jira / worktree / PR 생성 없음. 상위 PR merge 시 이 클러스터 error 알림도 함께 해소.

변경 내용#

이 클러스터에서 신규 코드 변경 없음. 참조 PR 의 변경 요약:

  • app/models/quote.rb: Quote#apply! 의 rescue Cupix::Errors::Parameter 뒤·rescue StandardError 앞에 rescue Cupix::Errors::Billing => e; Cupix::Logger.warn(...); raise e 3줄 삽입.
  • spec/models/quote_spec.rb: warn 호출·error 미호출 회귀 example 추가.

Follow-up (자동 code-fix 대상 아님)#

  • TSLA-13689 PR merge 완료 후 파이프라인이 이 클러스터의 resolution 을 pr_created 또는 duplicate_merged 로 이관.
  • error-sweeper fingerprint 규칙 개선(quote number 정규화) 검토 — 동일 사유 반복 클러스터를 합치기 위해 (RCA 의 단기 개선 항목).
  • 스케줄 취소/교체 admin API, 응답 payload 개선은 프런트엔드/CS 조율 필요 — 별도 트랙.

Cleanup#

Worktree 생성하지 않았으므로 cleanup 명령 없음.
